On this detox, one of the things I can't don't eat is SUGAR!
Not even honey, maple syrup, brown rice syrup or coconut sugar. Nothing but stevia and xylitol.
So I pulled out this recipe that I tried a few years ago.
Easy Peasy!!
1 Avocado
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Raw Cacao
Stevia to taste
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Put in food processor and process until smooth.
Refrigerate.
Enjoy!!
