White Chocolate Candies

Caramel Maca White Chocolate Cookies
I got this recipe from a friend (here).

I had the recipe in my purse for probably over a month. I needed one ingredient - cacao butter.

After I finally ordered it, it took me a few weeks to pull the recipe out and try it.

Glad I did!

This is how I made it:

1 cup cacao butter
6 Tbsp lucuma powder
1 Tbsp maca powder
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

Grade cacao butter and melt cacao butter over very low heat into a liquid. Transfer to a bowl and add in rest of ingredients. Taste and adjust flavors. Pour liquid into molds or an ice cube tray and place in freezer to set. Store in tightly covered container in freezer or refrigerator. Share with loved ones! 


I'm gonna have to try these again to find out why mine came out more brown - maybe I need more cacao butter or maca powder?? Good excuse - these are so good!
