HERSHEY'S Disappearing Cake

This came from a Hershey's Book "Hershey's Homemade". The same book that we got our brownie recipe from. But here is how we modified it:

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 cups coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups spelt flour
3/4 cup raw cacao
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 3/4 cup milk (any)

In large mixer bowl, beat butter, coconut oil, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Add eggs and beat well.

Add dry ingredients and milk and mix thouroughly.

Pour batter into glass 9x13 pan and back on 350 for 35-40 minutes

I would show you a picture, but the cake disappeared :)

The pan was pretty much scraped clean! This was an absolute keeper - kids loved it!

{And coconut sugar hides really well in chocolate}
