Banana Bread

This recipe came from a book that we got for a wedding present ~ Betty Crocker's New Cookbook.

I just added my little twist:

1 1/4 cups coconut sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3-4 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup milk (any)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups whole grain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Mix sugar and butter.

Stir in eggs until well blended.

Add bananas, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until moistened.

Pour into greased pans.

Bake at 350.

{and the kids love it! This rarely keeps longer than a day}
