Christy's Home-made Granola

I have tried a few of her recipes (that she posts every Thursday)! You can find this one here.

Here is the recipe:

Mix in large bowl and set aside:
5 cups oats
1 cup protein powder
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apricots, diced
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds

Then mix in saucepan:
1/4 cup brown sugar (I used coconut sugar)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup honey
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Heat until sugars are well dissolved but not boiling.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Spread out on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip over in sections and bake another 10 minutes.
Let cool.
