
1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup whole grain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
pinch of cinnamon
1/3 cup millet
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes.
