This stuff is pretty tasty.
I never would have tried Chia (I always thought it was just used to grow Chia pets :)

And here is the recipe I used:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 dropperful of Stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix and refrigerate overnight.
