Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars

I got this recipe in my inbox a few weeks ago from Simply Living Smart.

I substituted a few things so here is what I did:

1 1/2 cups coconut sugar
1 cup butter
2 T molasses
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole grain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease 9x13 pan

Mix all ingredients.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and center is almost set.

Cool, cut into bars, enjoy!!
