Superfood Chocolate Candy

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup almond meal
4 T honey
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup Protein powder
3 tsp Powdered Stevia
1 T vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup raw cacao or carob powder

Spray ice cube tray with non-stick spray.

Melt coconut oil, pour into medium bowl. Slowly whisk in almond butter, cinnamon, stevia and honey - one at a time. Whisk in vanilla. Stir in cacao or carob powder, almond meal, coconut and protein posder one at a time. Spoon into ice cube trays and chill in freexer for 15 minutes.
