Food Combining

Things that I want to remember from Dr. M. T. Morter, Jr.:
*Do NOT eat protein and starches together (steak and potatoes)
*It is OK to eat vegetables and starches together
*It is OK to eat vegetables and protein together
*Eat fruit alone or leave it alone
*If you are eating vegetables/fruits/raw nuts, you will need much less daily intake of water
